Spouse, parent and child petitions, adjustment of status, and the evidence that supports a genuine relationship.
Employer sponsorship
Temporary work visas, intracompany transfers and permanent residence for key employees, including compliance for the sponsoring employer.
Naturalisation
Eligibility review, preparation of the application and readiness for the interview.
Waivers and complex cases
Applications where there is a prior refusal, a criminal record or a period of unlawful presence.
Removal defence
Representation in immigration court and appeals to protect your right to remain.

How a matter proceeds

  1. Step 1

    Eligibility review

We identify every pathway open to you, not only the one you came asking about.

  2. Step 2

    Document plan

A checklist of every document, translated and certified where required, with dates for each.

  3. Step 3

    Filing

A complete, indexed filing with a cover letter that anticipates the questions an officer will ask.

  4. Step 4

    After filing

We track receipts, respond to requests for evidence and prepare you for any interview.

Fees

Fixed fees for most applications, published in advance. Government filing fees are charged separately at cost.

Questions we are asked

Can I travel while my application is pending?

It depends on the type of application and your status. Travel can sometimes be treated as abandonment of an application. Ask us before you book a ticket.

How long will my case take?

Processing times change and differ by application and service centre. We give you a current range at the start and update it as the file moves.

Do you speak languages other than English?

Our attorneys and staff speak Hindi, Spanish, French and Swedish, and we work with certified interpreters for other languages.
