About
A harbor firm, built on repeat clients.
Harbor Legal LLP began in 1993 with a simple aim: to give independent businesses and families the quality of advice usually reserved for large institutions.
Thirty years, five practice areas and one standard.
We are large enough to bring specialist knowledge to a complicated matter and small enough that the partner you meet is the partner who does the work.
Our clients include founder-led companies, hospitals, family businesses, executives and households. Many have been with us for more than a decade, and a good number came through the recommendation of another client or another lawyer.

Values
How we practise.
Clarity
We explain what is happening, what it will cost and what might go wrong, in language you would use yourself.
Preparation
Most outcomes are decided before the negotiation or hearing begins. We do the reading.
Proportion
Not every dispute deserves a lawsuit. We recommend the least expensive route that will protect you.
Service
Every year each lawyer commits at least fifty hours to pro bono work for people who cannot afford representation.
