Rohan heads the immigration group. He advises technology and healthcare employers on sponsoring international talent, and represents individuals and families in petitions, waivers and removal proceedings.
He began his career as an in-house counsel at a multinational, and brings a commercial perspective to every employer engagement. He speaks Hindi, Gujarati and English.
